These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications (including Lumia), website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. During onboarding, you may provide birth information (date, time, location) and select areas of interest to personalize your experience.
Our Services include Lumia and other mobile applications focused on spiritual development, astrology insights, tarot reading, journaling, community discovery, and learning. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Our mental health and wellness features are designed to support general well-being and self-care. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Lumia's astrology and tarot features are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration purposes. The readings, interpretations, and insights generated by our apps:
Lumia includes community features such as the Journal and Discovery feed. You retain ownership of any content you create within our apps (such as journal entries, reflections, and saved readings).
Public Content: When you set a journal entry to "Public," it becomes visible to other Lumia users in the Discovery feed. Other users may react to (upvote, downvote), save, or comment on your public entries. Public entries that receive community approval may be used to generate community-wide wisdom quotes. You grant us a license to display, distribute, and promote public content within the Services.
Private Content: Journal entries set to "Private" are visible only to you and are not shared with other users or displayed in the Discovery feed.
You may export or delete your content at any time through the app's settings or by contacting us. We do not claim ownership over your personal content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, tarot card illustrations, images, audio, video, software, and code — are the exclusive property of Meridian Labs LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, our community guidelines, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in our app or by contacting us at hello@meridian-labs.co.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meridian Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your user content, or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
